Houston Pipe Rehabilitation and Lining for Gulf Coast Oil and Gas

Hill Services rehabilitates pressure and gravity pipe inside refineries, chemical plants, and pipeline facilities across the greater Houston area, without the cost and downtime of open-cut excavation. We are the only certified Primus installer for industrial oil and gas in the United States, and we hold the certifications and clearances these sites require.

Why Hill Services on the Gulf Coast

The Contractor Other Operators Call When the First Fix Fails

The greater Houston corridor runs more refining and petrochemical capacity than anywhere in the country, and the cost of a failed line here shows up in lost production, not just repair. Hill Services has worked these facilities for years, lining pressure pipe, rehabilitating gravity systems, and coating against the most aggressive chemical service in the industry.

Operators bring us in for the jobs that cannot fail. When another contractor’s work failed on a major Gulf Coast line, Exxon called Hill Services to make it right. That is the position we have earned here: the contractor you call when getting it wrong is not an option.

What We Do Here

Trenchless Rehabilitation, Lining, and Coatings

For oil and gas and petrochemical facilities, the right method depends on whether the line carries pressure or gravity flow, and on the chemistry it has to survive. We run all of it.

CIPP Trenchless Lining

Cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitates gravity lines from the inside, with no excavation and little disruption to the facility. Our lead installer has placed more than 500,000 linear feet of CIPP.

Primus Pressure Pipe Lining

A Kevlar-reinforced liner built for pressure applications, where CIPP does not belong. Hill Services is the only certified Primus installer for industrial oil and gas in the United States.

Plural Hot-Heated Epoxy Coating

Spray-applied epoxy that protects pipe and structures against H2S, caustics, and acids. It is the highest-grade coating we install, built for the chemistry of a Gulf Coast plant.

Video Inspection and Assessment

Before any rehabilitation, we inspect and document the line so the fix matches its real condition. An honest assessment up front is how the right job gets specified.

Industries We Serve in Houston

Built for the Gulf Coast’s Hardest Environments

These are the facilities where a contractor failure is expensive, visible, and often regulated. They are exactly what we are built for.

Refineries

Crude and product units where a shutdown is measured in dollars per minute. We work turnarounds and emergencies and get out fast.

Petrochemical & Chemical

Aggressive process chemistry that destroys an ordinary repair. Our lining and epoxy systems are specified for the conditions.

Oil & Gas, Midstream

Gathering, transmission, and processing infrastructure that has to stay in service while we rehabilitate it.

Pipelines & Terminals

Pressure pipe rehabilitation where excavation is impractical or impossible, lined in place and back in service quickly.

Marine & Ship Channel

Restricted, regulated sites along the channel that demand documented qualification before a crew sets foot on site.

Storage & Tank Farms

Containment and transfer systems where corrosion protection cannot fail without real consequences.
